What areas do you serve?
Woodland Park, Divide, Green Mountain Falls, Manitou Springs and Colorado Springs. If you are just outside that, call anyway — we will tell you honestly whether it makes sense.
Are estimates free?
Yes. We come out, look at the actual space, and give you a written scope and a price. Nothing to sign at the door.
What does wedi PRO Certified mean?
It means we are factory-certified to install wedi bonded waterproofing systems — shower pans, curbs and niches. It is the part of a bathroom you never see and the part that fails first when it is done wrong. Because we are certified, these systems carry a 20-year to lifetime warranty.
Do you take small jobs?
Yes. Punch lists, repairs and the small things you have stopped looking at. We will tell you if something is not worth a trip.
How do payments work?
Cash, check, Cash App or Venmo. Payment schedule is written into the scope up front, and the final payment comes after you walk the job and the punch list is done.
How soon can you start?
Depends on the season and the size of the job. Tell us your timeline when you call and we will be straight with you about the calendar.
